Product Description

HAI-90 acidulate corrosion inhibitor is composed of home-grown pyridine quaternary ammonium salt with some surfactant. It's appeared in Brown black oily liquid, soluble in ethanol, acetone and acidizing fluid, perfectly dispersed in a media of HCl and mud acid. This product applies to deep well acidulate with 20% HCl that the temperature is less than 90 centigrade. The application results indicate that the corrosion inhibition effect is good. Corrosion rate can be controlled below the national lever. The product has high resistance to H2S corrosion and can inhibit Fe3+with a certain range. In addition, it can also be used as power plant, locomotive products and boiler acid cleaning corrosion inhibitor as well as oil refinery inhibitor.
