1. Industrial Uses:
   • In the construction industry, sodium nitrite is commonly used as an additive for concrete. It can act as an early-strength agent and an antifreeze agent, helping to ensure the construction quality and strength development of concrete under low-temperature conditions.
   • It is also an important rust inhibitor. It can be added to metalworking fluids, cutting oils, etc., to prevent metal products from rusting, protect the metal surfaces, and extend their service lives.
   • In the printing and dyeing industry, sodium nitrite can be used as a mordant, facilitating dyes to adhere better to fabric fibers and improving the dyeing effect.
2. Food Industry (with Strict Limitations and Regulatory Requirements):
