HAI-160 high temperature acidulate corrosion inhibitor is composed of home-grown pyridine quaternary ammonium salt with other quaternary ammonium salt. It can be perfectly dispersed in a media of mud acid, hydrochloric acid, diluted mud acid and ethanol solution, with preferable surface activity, low ash content and low freezing point. The application results indicate that the corrosion inhibition(>99.5%), pitting corrosion inhibition and H2S corrosion resistance are good.
This product applies to 160 centigrade or much higher temperature deep well and hydrochloric acid and mud acid acidizing operation, It can also be used in hydrochloric acid and mud acid acidizing operation of deep well and ultra-deep well to increase the effect of core acidizing, which possesses excellent pickling corrosion inhibition used in boiler and lotomotives.
